PSLover.com PSLover.com is a great tutorial site for amateurs and professionals alike, with new tutorials every day. Currently listing over 5,800 tutorials.
Good-Tutorials.com Good tutorials are hard to come by, but this site definitely makes searching easier.

Games and mods

Egir.dk Egir.dk is one of my preffered places for level design tutorials, and I've written a few for it myself.
The Snarkpit The Snarkpit is and old classic for Valve Hammer tutorials. Simply great.
modDB.com modDB.com is the best place for modscouting. Hundreds of games, thousands of mods, one site - go figure.
Mapmonger Mapmonger is a pretty good website run by a friend of mine, mainly focusing on The Battlegrounds mapping. Cool nonetheless.

Website development

W3Schools W3Schools.com is arguably the best place for webdevelopment tutorials, with articles on HTML, XHTML, CSS, RSS and many more.
php.net The official php scripting language website with tutorials, info and articles.

azelito azelito (yes, it's spelt lower-case) is a good friend of mine, who skins and models for Nosferatu, a stand-alone game.
